Smashburger

Mia helped me out today, and it was refreshing to receive the kind of customer service she presented. She greeted me as I stepped in line and was knowledgeable and patient when it came to questions about the menu. I went from uncertain to pretty stoked about what to order. The burger is truly gourmet, my only gripe is how greasy and heavily seasoned the smashtots turned out. They were a bit too rich and intense to finish. Overall, great experience, and I recommend giving it a shot!

We had a great experience here. Nick was very tentative and sweet. He gave us a lot of recommendations and we went with the Bbq Bacon double stack and Bacon single cheeseburger. The burger was so juicy and the fries were seasoned right with a little crispness. We will definitely be checking this place out more and trying different things off their menu.

I just moved into the area, and this is my first experience with Smashburger as a chain. It was a very pleasant experience, with a quiet burger restaurant, friendly staff and quick service! Overall a solid choice for a quick bite or a family outing.

Lucia was great. Wonderful personality, knowledgeable intelling me (new to smash burger) the different burgers. Store was very clean, great place to eat as t. My new favorite.

I had a coupon for a free entree and the manager wouldn’t accept it. She said there was no plu code on the coupon so I had to use it at the store I got it from. Crazy thing is there is no space for a plu code. But there was a kiosk symbol on it that she didn’t check, on top of that when I tried to explain I used another coupon at the store near Apache Junction she just rolled her eyes at me. Very offensive manager. Would never go there again.
