Slurpin Ramen Bar

Always on the side quest for ramen, and this spot definitely hits the spot. The broth is very rich and flavorful, while the noodles are nice and tender. The crispy chicken is also really juicy and tender—definitely recommend getting that. It’s a nice small place so it can get packed when it’s busy. But a nice Japanese feel to it.

I got the Slurpin Ramen, Tonkatsu, when level 3 spicy. Pork - So I ordered fatty pork which is not what I was thinking of. Got the chasu, it’s really solid. Noodles - Really great taste and chew. Cooked perfect Broth - Creamy, like the creamiest I’ve ever tasted and it was delicious. Like top 5 broths. Egg - N/A. Didn’t realize it didn’t come with an egg 7.5 out of 10. I’d eat it every week if I could. Great staff, super attentive and the food came out super quick.

This new place my friend found is so good, I came twice this week. The Slurpin broth was so tasty, and their lunch combo is a really good deal - you get an appetizer for just $4. The came out within just minutes and the place is so clean, simple, and trendy. I had chashu for protein with was scrumptious. Today, I has chicken breast it was the most tender breast meat I ever had. You can choose your own spicy level. 10 out of 10!

Good food, simple very pared down menu, caters to what I imagine are tourists or visitors from Knotts Berry Farm amusement park. There are no tabletop seats inside, the name does say BAR after all. We were three adults plus a baby stroller so we were seated at one of two outdoor tables. The server very kindly turned on the outdoor heater since it was a bit chilly this afternoon. Food : 8/10 : rich pork broth, chock full of noodles and regular toppings of bean sprouts, spinach, corn, we added shiitake mushrooms and I got an egg in mine. Egg was firm outside with a runny yolk . I chose fatty pork as the meat - very tender . The Lunch special gives you a half portion appetizer plus a house salad. Best tasting tonkatsu ramen around that I've had. I've tried quite a few ramen shops. Lots of high review ones but this one remains the best. So far everything I've ever ordered has been delicious. Very unassuming place on the outside but top notch amazing food served here!
