BBQ+RICE Buena Park

I tried this place today because of the great Google reviews. Staff are nice and the food came out fast. Taste was alright, but the meat and vegetables were mostly burnt and way too oily. A bit disappointed.

I ordered take out and while waiting, we were given samples of the chicken dumpling. I had ordered KFC for my 3 year old but he loved the dumplings so much I had to get a few orders to go for him. He can’t get enough despite being full of veggies which is a plus. The spicy chicken was good but from the ingredients I expected Korean pickled cucumbers, not cut up pickle spears.

The music is a tiny bit loud but the food was good and the employees were very welcoming and nice. Reasonably priced and good sized portions! Will definitely come back. Wife got the Bulgogi bowl and I got the Spicy Pork. Both were good and the meat quality was good too.

We tried this place after it replaced Flame Broiler and it was SO good. We ordered the beef bowl and spicy chicken bowl and the food was so fresh, so good tasting and a very good portion size. We were so pleased and already planning our next meal back.

I order ahead and it’s a perfect choice for my lunch break! Can’t wait to bring my parents here. Satisfied my cravings for a sit down complete Korean feast with their bowls and a side of kimchi! 12/10 would recommend!
