Slim Chickens

Almost every time I do a curbside pickup here, they don’t bring out the gallon of tea and I have to ask for it. Half the time they don’t have any at all and just apologize and don’t give me a refund. Tonight they brought out the meal and didn’t have the tea. I said I also have a gallon of tea. She said, “oh I’ll go get it and come back.” 5 minutes later I went in to check on it. And the manager told me that they didn’t have any tea. I asked for refund. They gave me a “comp card” and said to “come back another time for the tea.” Well I went back. Adding photos of the tea I got this time.

Second time ever having Slims Chicken. Need one in Utah. Food was awesome and piping hot. Staff was friendly. Order was just right. The best part of Slims was Zac the GM and his staff. Zac is passionate about guest service. Great guy.

Love slim chickens. Haven't ate here in so long. Wasn't fond of the little cashier they had but the food. The service that was there delivering the food was fantastic. Spacious restaurant.

ugh i love slims and this location has to be the worst one in nwa.. slims is supposed to close until 10 pm, yet i’ll go in at 8 pm, and the workers will start with their closing process, putting up the teas and not having them available for customers. they also confuse the orders which is so frustrating. i literally had ordered shaken tenders and somehow ended up getting grilled tenders?😭 how do you mess up that bad! anytime i’ve ever gone to eat inside, i always have to be cleaning the table myself since the workers don’t.

I love the sweet honey barbecue chicken drums but not the wings. Since a friend share with us this delicious chicken drums we started going back to Slim Chickens with the whole family. My only challenge, food is good but service is NOT GOOD. If I am not careful, they can mess my order and it happened while in the store, but 3 times I needed to let them know they messed my order when we asked to go food. Today was the third time and we were tired to return to the store. It is getting tiresome. The problem today is that when my husband brought the food home, he forgot to check at the store and the order was messed up (we brought several boxes). They gave us the absolute contrary of what I ordered. I am starting to look for a place who make this sweet honey barbecue.
