I loved spending an evening at South Woods. It was my first time trying a legit sauna, and I had a great experience! The space and the land is so beautiful. Ally is a lovely host and has thought of everything you could need, from rose tea to luxurious towels to compostable bags to put your wet swimsuit in. I left relaxed, invigorated and glowing!

I booked the 90 minute happy hour free flow session with my husband and had a wonderful experience. From the sauna itself to the scenery and refreshments, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The overall environment was great and makes for a perfect getaway and detox. I ended the session feeling very calm and refreshed. We will definitely be back!

The wood-fired, log-heated sauna is exceptional, deep, clean heat that instantly relaxes both body and mind. Surrounded by nature, the atmosphere feels grounding and restorative, making it the perfect escape from everyday stress. The attention to detail really stands out: high-quality tea, thoughtful care, and a welcoming, calming environment throughout. Everything feels intentional and done with heart.

My husband and I had a very relaxing time at the sauna! The host had everything needed for us for a comfortable evening. The 5pm session was perfect to watch the sunset and both the tea and electrolytes were very enjoyable! We definitely want to come here again when friends visit to get out of the city and enjoy nature and the heat.

This was the most relaxing experience. I attended on a Sunday and it was a wonderful way to reset before the week ahead. The sauna is located on a beautiful property with short walking trails. This is a must stop spot in NorthWest Arkansas. Very unique experience!
