Ordered a turkey club light mayo. Friend ordered ham & cheese wrap no mayo. When we arrived home I peeled back the sandwich soaked in mayo & the bacon on the sandwich was burnt I mean black burnt bacon disgusting I could not eat it (I have pictures) My friends wrap just as disappointing she ask for no mayo & there was mayo also bacon was on her wrap which she did not ask for her fries were cold and that so called pasta salad not only looked disgusting it tasted awful. Wasted over $20 bucks for sandwichs that were not edible. Waitress was nice atmosphere tolerable but the food ugghh for goodness sakes it was a sandwich who gets a sandwich wrong? Why anyone making that sandwich would even use that bacon is beyond my comprehension, I will not be returning.
Went on a Saturday for a late lunch. We were very surprised, in a GOOD way!! The food was excellent, extremely well priced & the service was remarkable!!! AND, the bonus for us, it had atmosphere! Very nicely decorated inside with nice lighting, linen napkins, an etched glass room divider between the eating area & bar so we didn’t have to look at or listen to the TV & good music softly playing. They do have some outdoor seating that looks beautiful but it was just a little too chilly for that. This restaurant definitely, IMO, has the best ambiance in the Clayton area (aside from Fiori’s). We will definitely be going back.
My wife and I came for Sunday brunch and tried the Breakfast Bowl (amazing brisket over grits topped with a perfectly made poached egg), salmon cake Benedict (phenomenal) and a flourless orange cake for dessert (made in-house with almond flour, it was sooo good!). The servers and owners were so pleasant to talk to. Will definitely be back!
I enjoyed everything I ate here - though I hope the corn dip becomes regular, because that was SHOCKINGLY GOOD. I think we plan to come here again, even though it's a pretty good hike here from where we live. The restaurant seems to be in a weird location for what it is, so keep looking even if you believe Google led you astray. You need to pass 2 tiendas, I believe, after entering the parking lot. The service was friendly, and I just got this feeling of honest, family-friendly style from the workers.
Had a quick lunch with my wife today was pleasantly surprised by this cute little place. The service was great and the food was even better. I especially like the French fries, slightly crispy but still soft inside.
