Skyline Chili

Came here on our way home from Noblesville to introduce my wife to Skyline Chili 😊 The prices are hard to beat! We both ate lunch for $11, and that was for both of us combined! I got two cheese coneys, which are adorable and tasty! My wife got the buffalo chicken salad which wad surprisingly good! It was a nice final stop on our roadtrip 👍🏻🥗🌭🧀

Excellent experience! Update: We stopped in again in April 2025 and once again had excellent food, but the server, Sarah, was exceptional. You could tell she really enjoyed her job and actually loved serving Skyline. It seems like a simple concept, but it’s often so hard to find someone that offers that extra (free!) experience. Skyline Chili, otherwise known as Cincinnati Chili, is one of those foods you'll either love it or hate it. To put it simply, it's a meat sauce either over spaghetti noodles, or over a hotdog, with a mound of cheese on top with mustard/onions if desired. I grew up eating it and absolutely love it, it's something everyone should at least try and make their own opinion! This is the 2nd most northern Skyline location and the only one from here to Indianapolis or Columbus, I'm glad someone decided to open one here 6-ish years ago!😋 The server was quite friendly, and who we believe was the owner was very attentive walking around helping out as well. No complaints on food or service, 5 ⭐️!!

Skyline Chili is definitely a unique dining experience. I tried the famous three-way (spaghetti, chili, and cheese), and it was both delicious and filling—a hearty dish with a flavor profile I hadn’t tasted before. My son had the Coney Dog, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The chili has a distinctive, slightly sweet seasoning that sets it apart. I’d recommend trying it for the novelty and the good food, though it might not be something I’d eat every day. Still, worth visiting at least once!
