Whenever I'm in Bristol, this sip n dip is my go-to location for a donut and coffee. I don't go out for coffee much, but I find a nostalgic appeal to sip n dip. There's lots of options for the coffee, with different flavors and varieties (just like the other places). The service is always exceptional and the people are friendly. When I come inside, those donuts are staring at you, and they always look so good. They are delicious. A soft donut but with some weight and frosting that's sweet but not too much. Sunday morning donuts always look awesome. Definitely recommend for your coffee and donut fix.
Sip n dip will always beat Dunkin’ on service and quality (heck, Dunkin’ dropped ‘donuts’ from their name, not sure corporate really cares their donuts are awful) the folks here know me by my have great prices, their lattes are perfect simple and hit the spot, folks are kind and we sometimes get a laugh at the drive thru window. no one here is trying to impress me, the most authentic place for a morning joe, sip n dip will always be my daily visit, all the other local coffee shops get at least a once a week visit.. borealis maybe 3 times a week…
I'm sharing a review I wish I submitted a decade ago. I came here regularly every Saturday on a long bike ride from the beginning of the East Bay Bike Path. 2005-2016. I called it my "Donut Run". Early Saturdays, get 6 donuts for a weekend treat, and a 32 oz coffee. I think it was 32 oz. Biggest cup. My best memory of Bristol, RI and on the backside is a beautiful view of the boats, water and occasional classic cars. I live 230 miles up north in Maine now. I plan on visiting maybe in 2026 sometime! I really miss it.
First the food i got was disgusting the girl who made my food didn’t wear gloves and they made my food in a dirty unclean microwave that had i don’t even know what stuck to all sides of the microwave my coffee had coffee grinds in it and the donuts always have flys all over them and they do nothing about this they treat there employees like trash especially the owners i seen one of them scream in a workers face and made her cry infront of everyone the whole place is just very unclean and unsanitary would not go back agian !
Can be hit or miss. The donuts and pastries are always excellent. The coffee is not always my favorite depending, but I do enjoy a well-made crazy mocha hazelnut. I would encourage the staff to start writing down orders, as mine has been wrong more often than not recently. Still, very friendly staff and a good local business.
