We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Foglia and it was honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. We’ve been vegan for nine years and have eaten everywhere from NYC to LA and plenty of places in between. This was the best experience we’ve had, period. We chose the chef’s tasting menu with the non alcoholic wine pairings and every single course felt thoughtful, creative, and perfectly executed. Nothing felt like it was trying too hard. Just wow! We did the tasting menu and what a delight! We are sober, and they paired our food with delicious N.A. wines! The food was just incredible. My fiancé and I have been dining at Foglia since we started dating in 2023 and each experience is somehow better than the last. This restaurant is a vegan haven for lovers of Italian food. Sidney was a wonderful server, and did a wonderful job pacing our meal. Food was fantastic, little tasting bites between courses was a delightful surprise. House made crackers with whipped feta and beet caramel, amazing. Excited to try their supper club!

Foglia is a spectacular plant based casual fine dining experience. Chef Pete and his team brilliantly create each dish. Each time we dine here we find ourselves exchanging silent but knowing glances across the table in awe of the pure artistry and flavors that we experience.
