Terrible customer service. No where on there establishment or receipt do they state they do no accept returns. I purchased incorrect size blender. When I tried returning sales lady (brunette with bob) claimed item was used and box was beaten up when the box is in the same condition when I purchased it. Only thing we did was take blender out of box my kitchen cook said it was to small and it was placed back into the box. If I had known returns were not accepted at time of purchase I would have waited to confirm it was correct size. Mind you that same day I bought some pans and the hotel restaurant logo was all rusty I guess they have no problem selling rusty pans. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Very helpful staff. They have a great selection of items in stock and can order just about anything else one would need. The store is clean and well organized and feels like walking into a showroom.

Restaurant depot is Good if you want to buy any thing in bulk. Sometimes the prices Go really high and other times they would be low so keep watching what you trying to buy next time. Last time I Brought whole case of Tomatoes for just 24.60$ and now they are 42.90 and last time 15 dozens of eggs were 29$ and this time they are only 19$ so as I said keep watching the prices..

I love this store! The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and organized. Reasonable prices too.
