Located inside the Encore, this restaurant offers guests a classy, upscale and elegant vibe, and a menu with plenty of dining and beverage options to choose from. I ordered the seabass with roasted vegetables. The seabass was delicious.It wasn’t overly seasoned and was cooked to perfection. The vegetables had a light char and were very flavorful. The Chef surprised me with two complementary desserts, which were visually spectacular and tasted amazing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and had a wonderful disposition. Kudos, to Pete Purdy, (General Manager), after introducing himself, he inquired about my meal and asked was there anything additional he could do. This was a bit unexpected but very much appreciated and showed the importance the restaurant places on customer satisfact

This is a splurge but incredible food and service. We had pasta dishes: He had penne with ground sausage; I had tiny dumplings, looked like tortellini, with squash. Delish. The bread basket offers an assortment. We ordered the buffalo mozarella and created bruchetta. Yum. He had a shrimp coctail which was originally plated. I had the salad with sliced apples. We ordered too much food, couldn't possibly have dessert. Ok, twist my arm-- we had Frank Sinatra's hat with a shot glass of chocolate mousse laced with bourbon. Delightful. Enjoyed listening to the Sinatra playlist while dining in a large booth.

2nd time here. As good as it gets. Our waiter Gabriel was amazing. The food is exceptional as well as entire staff. Love that there is a dress code. They even brought me a mini chair for my bag😁

We had an amazing time at Sinatra's. There is a lot of energy inside, but an equal peacefulness on the patio. The food was cooked and served to perfection. The staff was amazing, and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

We’ve always had phenomenal service every time we dine at Sinatra. I would like to personally thank and recognize Gabriele and Thomas (6 stars for them) for being outstanding waiters. They were very kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. We appreciate the effort and work ethic of the staff. Also the food is amazing!! I highly recommend making reservations at this restaurant. You won’t regret it!
