Simply Chocolate

The place to get the most amazing milkshakes you've ever seen or had and during the winter they have amazing hot chocolate but their hot chocolate is never hot. Every time I buy a hot chocolate here it is just barely warm which is disappointing when it's very cold.

The service was incredibly slow and the wait was pretty long because of that. The prices aren’t that outrageous considering how overpriced everything is in Hersheypark. My ice cream was okay but not fresh. There weren’t enough sprinkles on mine either.

Loved the place. I tried their softies and sundaes , they are really good but little expensive. They also serve king size shakes and they are really massive, do try them.

Barely gave me any ice cream normally the whole cup is filled . This is horrible presentation and the workers are rude

This ice cream stands customer service is impeccable!! I'm glad there's businesses out there that still value customer satisfaction to the fullest.
