Simon's

This was the second night! Appetizer: stuffed mushroom caps: good flavor, tiny bit watery, as caps go. Where smoking hot when served. I had stuffed chicken breast entree. It was tasty (a cream cheese stuffing between two breaded chicken breast.) It was messy (cutting into it just mashed the chicken into tge cream, spilling it onto the plate. I just pushed the cream cheese to the side and cut chicken and then added the cream cheese to my bite. Best thing about this night was the bartender came to my table to get clarity on my drink (mudlside without the ice cream)... it was great!

Great new place in Bolivar. Very nice decor. Food was exceptional. Drinks were on point. Alyssa did a great job serving us!

First time at Simon's, and we were very impressed! Our server brought us hot rolls and whipped butter. My wife had the salad bar and the Greek Steak Fettuccine and spoke superbly of it! I had the brisket sandwich, Southwest Green Beans, and the sweet and spicy slaw. The brisket was absolutely amazing (appearance 7, taste 8, tenderness 10), the slaw was very good (BBQ folks are extremely picky on slaw, 5 folks will give you 4 opinions). I prefer less mayo, more vinegar. The southwest green beans were mind blowing, best green bean with brisket I have ever eaten! The drink and wine menu was a huge surprise also. Our server was very polite and knowledgeable on many aspects of the restaurant. Cant wait for our next meal here!

My husband & I were greeted by a friendly hostess & seated immediately. The salad bar was fresh & tasty. Bridget was a great server, friendly & attentive. My husband had the stuff chicken. My New York strip was well-seasoned & cooked perfectly. Our sweet potatoes were also cooked perfectly. Was a great meal!

We met family out for dinner after driving from Memphis. Amazing meal, service and we can not wait to go back. Britney was our server and we will ask for her again! Still talking about our meal all the way back home!
