Sikeston Public Library

The employees were rude. Where you go up to the desk to ask for where to find a book since they don't have any computers to look them up on was an absolute disaster. Boxes stacked from floor to ceiling in front of a window empty boxes, carts full of books behind the counter. I've never seen such a nasty mess in my life for a business.

Sikeston library is organized, clean and excellent staff. Great place to bring the kids, read, use the computer's, make copies, faxing, printing and passports.

They don’t allow any devices and strictly enforce the policy. I was trying to take language lessons on my phone and was told to take it in the lobby even though I was the only one there. I asked about the computers and they’re not equipped with headsets. These policies are very different than other libraries I have been to which are more in tune with the digital age. Looks like they have a lot of modernizing to do in regards to policies and equipment.

Ruined my daughter's first experience with a library. Very rude older lady working there made my family uncomfortable & felt unwelcome both times we had to come in. My 3 yr old daughter was excited until she met the worker :(

It's really cool, the Children's area was cute and there are some computers. It's a poke- stop and we found some cool Pokemon. There were also coloring pages and we heard it's good for geocash too.
