Tried the Chicken Wings and Pick 2, Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Mac. The wings were great, got them extra crispy w/ Garlic Parm and Hot Sauce. The brisket was very tender, was a bit drier than I'd like but still good. The pulled pork was really and it was really moist. The mac n cheese by itself was good too. Overall you get a lot of food and great service in a classic atmosphere. Definitely worth a try and will come back for the wings.

I ordered the Hercules platter with the brisket, ribs and pulled pork. I also ordered the jerk chicken tacos, a side of macaroni and cheese, and 10 Carolina Gold wings along with onion rings. Hercules plate came with texas toast, coleslaw and pickles. I’ll start with the good and say that the Texas toast was good along with the Jerk Chicken tacos. The jerk chicken tacos had a lot of flavor as the chicken in the tacos was, smokey, juicy, and tender. The Texas toast was very buttery and just a nice piece of toast. And the onion rings were also crispy and fresh(although served in a greasy brown bag)…..As far as everything else it was a disappointment to say the least. While the ribs and pulled pork were cooked well as far as being tender and having a nice smokey profile…..they completely lack

Good food and big portion. The sides tastes fresh. Nice waitress who waited on my table too. The owner even opened the door 5 min early cuz I got there early. So nice!!!

Great experience at Signal 30! All the food was uniformly excellent. Hercules platter of ribs, pulled pork and brisket all really good.Mac and cheese and cole slaw on point! Excellent spicy BBQ wings. Fried pickles and nachos also done really well. One person said the Jerk chicken tacos could have been a little more “Jerky”, but still really good. Had “Christmas in Cohoes” IPA which we also enjoyed. Great comfortable neighborhood bar feel. Service was also excellent. Will definitely be back.

We hosted a small celebration after our children’s’ baptisms and we had an awesome experience. Our family members all raved about the food. The employees were friendly and accommodating. We had tons of leftovers and it’s also delicious reheated.
