Not only was it beautifully decorated, but the texture and flavor were outstanding—moist, rich, and delicious. It’s not easy to find gluten-free cakes that taste this good, but Sidewall Pastry Kitchen nailed it. One of the best parts of our experience was how seamlessly everything came together. The pastry kitchen is part of Sidewall Pizza Company, so we were able to enjoy our birthday meal inside the restaurant and then follow it with the custom cake for dessert.
