I asked my husband to pick up dinner and was disappointed. Firstly, he’d asked if they gave straws because the last time we went they’d forgot and the carrier replied yes. That was his first mistake because they’d forgot… They also managed to forget my entire cool-wrap. He drove all the way home before we’d realized. There was NO cool wrap. He had to go back and ask for it and they gave no compensation. I mean it took an extra 25 minutes of driving because of CFA’s mistake and they didn’t own up to it. I’ll attach a picture of the food he did a 25 minute round trip for… they seriously need to STEP IT UP! #lettucewrap

Very clean place. Friendly staff and festive atmosphere always.

No "my pleasure" and told I couldn't get French fries because they were too busy. Literally, the manager who is JJ told me the kitchen was too busy to drop an order of fries. It takes 4 mins at most to cook fries. The entire restaurant was empty including the drive thru.

Utilized drive thru today at 10:30. First time at a chick fil a in which drive thru service was very poor. The person who took our order as well as person who brought out our order.. no thank you, no my pleasure! Long sad faces for all of them this morning. Very unfriendly. Definitely not chick fil a style. Also had to wait extra time due to a vehicle 2 cars ahead of us maybe an order issue??
