Sidestreet Pho & Grill

We’ve been to Side Street Pho & Grill multiple times, and we usually stick to our favorites because they’re consistently good. Our go-to orders are the ribeye pho, brisket pho, spring rolls, summer rolls, Vietnamese crispy crepe (bánh xèo), and my personal favorite — the vermicelli bowl with meat and egg rolls. The ribeye pho and brisket pho both have rich, flavorful broth with tender slices of meat. The broth has that deep, comforting taste you expect from a solid pho spot, and the portions are satisfying. The spring rolls are fresh and light, while the fried egg rolls are crispy and packed with flavor. Had 2 take out dishes this morning, a Chicken Pho and the Yang Chow Fried Rice. The Pho was very good as usual (been to this place a couple of times) However the Yang Chow Fried Rice was a disappointment! It was dry and too browned, overcooked. It did NOT look anything like what’s shown on their website. Here are pictures of the dish, the one in the left is what is shown on their website. And the one on the right is what I got!!!

I’ve never went to a restaurant that has treated me so kind before. The service was so astonishing, the server is so sweet & remembered me the 2nd time I came. They refilled my water & always made sure I was satisfied with my visit. I can taste the love in the food they make, it has this exploding taste that makes me want to come back each time. Definitely my top #1.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Combo Pho (P2) and a Make your Own Pho with tripe, brisket, and tendon (P1). The broth was great since it was clean and rich with just a hint of sweetness. They were quite generous with their protein that was tender. I enjoyed the tripe, brisket, and tendon but the SO didn't care for the meatballs. Both of us ordered a large and finished it with no problem so not sure if the serving size is a bit smaller than other locations. Service: 5/5 - quick to acknowledge us and let us pick our own seat in the restaurant. Once you're finished, you just pay at the counter. Great food, great people and great prices. The menu is simple and the portion are huge. It has a nice vacation restaurant vibe almost like as soon as you walk in, they great you with smiles and actually treat you well. I suggest the thai iced tea with the coconut milk. Noodle bowls are wonderful as well as the sandwiches. It's no refreshing to sit down to a nice meal and not be rushed like a lot of places tend to do in Las Vegas. My wife always looks forward to to there for lunch after my monthly doctor's visits.
