Shrimpy's Burrito Bar - Massapequa Park

Every time I come in here, I feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff by placing an order, even though I’m using a kiosk and nobody needs to help me. A group of people working the front ignored many orders set in the window and chose to gossip instead. I ordered dinner for myself and my husband to go, 4 tacos. I could cry when I got home, they threw all of the tacos into one container and didn’t give us chips. My tacos were soggy and destroyed because they were in the box with moist soft tacos. I have never had such an awful experience, it’s unfortunate because the food is usually very good here. I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

Ordered a Burrito of the Month- Birria Christma Burrito -Horrible 95% all rice with a few tiny pieces of meat - see pics! -00 stars! Although The Strong Island Burrito was good, therefore I gave 3 stars.

Food is awesome hands down. Never disappointed when I eat here. Always fresh, hot, and all of the staff is very kind & quick. 10/10 👍

Service is very helpful. Great ordering system on the kiosk in the front of the store. Atmosphere is great along with awesome food. Highly recommend.

Actual dog water restaurant, tacos gave me the Hershey squirts for 2 weeks straight. I know it was this place, covid is over and the toilet was looking like a can of baked beans. It was the tacos. Worst taco joint in NY. Highly recommend you DO NOT eat at this dumpster fire establishment.
