Shredders Smokehouse

Dinner at Shredder’s Smokehouse in their new location this evening. I must say, if you haven’t been and enjoy downright good food, you need to go. The pulled pork was delicious, smoked turkey on point, and the “Smokie lil devils” deviled eggs were off the chart…topped with pickled jalapeños and pork belly chunks, omg 🤤 Service was top notch… super frendly, attentive and quick. Support small business, especially the good ones 😎

WOW, WHAT CAN I SAY! this bbq restaurant is amazing. My wife and I arrived, and the service walking in was so welcoming, and it smelled wonderful, lol. You seat yourself either inside or outside, and the servers will come to you with menus, which I very much like. The menue has a lot to choose from and not just bbq. Sandwiches to baked spaghetti to BBQ board. My wife and I orderd ALOT we started out with the bbq board which had pulled pork, pork loin, brisket, sausage, ribs, pork belly bits 2 different kinds of slaw and 4 sauces and it's hands down the best bbq i have ever had! We also added the smoked mac and cheese and pea salad, which was the BOMB, My wife and I couldn't stop there. We had to get some togo food. BBQ that left me speechless. Never had such good brisket in VA. Strong bark, tender and juicy. The turkey was incredible, and sides (bbq beans and crispy slaw) were spot on as well. Desserts on the front glass looked amazing, I was just too full to try them. I guess I'll just have to come back... The staff was the nicest, patient and helpful, and I enjoyed the space as well. I'm so happy I found this place.

The brisket was so tender and the burnt ends were out of this world. Sides were all homemade and so delicious. Very friendly staff as well!
