A Taste of Cuba

The ratings are true! Stopped in for lunch and had an excellent experience! Service was kind and the food prepared with care. On top of that, the Cuban sandwich was one of the best I’ve had, and I live for a good Cuban sandwich. The plantains done perfectly… so good. I will go out of my way to return to A Taste Of Cuba very soon! (I owe it to myself to get a Cuban coffee and dessert next time!)

Tried this restaurant on the recommendation of a cousin who lives in Waynesboro. The meal was great. I ordered the Ropa Vieja with sides of corn and black beans. The spicy shredded beef was delicious and the sides were well paired to the dish. My wife ordered a half chicken with sides of corn and rice and beans. The amount of food delivered was a feast that could have fed four. And the prices were exceptionally reasonable. We also sampled tostones, yuca fries, and fried plantain. What a wonderful meal! The service was excellent, the booth was comfortable, and the chef came out to talk with us. We'll be back.

I go to this place quite often, I Absolutely love this place! If you’re from Florida or want something just as good as good as the Cuban food in Florida This is the place to go, they get the bread special from Florida for the Cuban sandwiches everything is amazing from here and this is a great local spot if you’re in the Waynesboro, Harrisonburg and Charlottesville area

This place is consistently good. I eat here around once a week and have never been disappointed since they opened. Even my picky children love this place (they love the ribs, yuca fries and plantains).

The food was so delicious! My husband and I were so happy to enjoy authenic Cuban food. My husband had a Cuban Sandwich and it was amazing! I had fried plantains, red beans and ropa vieja. The dishes were seasoned perfectly and the portions were very generous. The flan was the perfect ending! Staff and service are superb. We will be back again!!!!!
