Shorty’s Olde Town Grill

We had the chance to visit Winslow, AZ. We chose Shorty's Tacos for our lunch spot. The ambiance is great with nice decorations. Our server Maricella was friendly and provided great service. I ordered the Baja Fish Tacos with added guacamole. My girlfriend ordered the chicken quesadilla. She said it was the best. It had great flavor. We met Mica and Rob, the owners of Shorty's. We heard their story of growing the restaurant. Good story of "going for the dream". Our experience at Shorty's was very good--from service, ambiance, and food. All very good. We highly recommend Shorty's!!

Stopped into shorty’s and had their wing special!! 10 wings for 10 dollars!!!! What a deal!! The shorty’s sauce has to be one of the best wing sauces I have ever had!!! This place is totally the GEM of Winslow!! Highly recommend!! Food here is amazing and they have a great variety!! Beautiful inside and out!!! Love it!!

The food was good. The wait time was about 35 minutes. Meal portions are medium size. The tea was really light. We got the loaded nachos and the tacos. The Nachos were great and had a lots of cheese (Highly recommended) the tacos were also good the green Chile is good and spicy. The bar has hooks for purses which was neat. The staff were great. The only thing was there was a smell when we walked in and they do put alot of cilantro on everything. The price is okay for the area but not the best. Overall it was good place.

We stopped for lunch while in Winslow. Hands down the best tacos and salsa! The owner came out to check on us and told us a brief bit about the food and his journey. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I’m getting close to the end of my Route 66 road trip and Winslow is a great stop. The huevos rancheros was my most enjoyable meal yet. The eggs were perfectly over easy, and meat was tender and well seasoned. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the service was top shelf.
