CAJIAN

This is a little ramen fusion shop in downtown Winslow. We were the only ones there and it was rather quiet. The owner and employees were very friendly and quick to accommodate vegan dietary needs with different noodles (broth is vegan!) and no egg. We got the veggie potstickers and veggie fried spring rolls to start which were good but nothing crazy (a little too crispy for me) and we got the veggie ramen (made vegan) and chicken ramen, both of which had really tasty broth that had a great depth of flavor! Surprising little stop and a new top choice for when in Winslow.

Friendliest owner! Great food, clean environment, good pricing. It's a 2min walk from La Posada hotel to get food because the Asian food is top notch. Not greasy or oily.

Has to be one of favorite places to eat while I am here. The Cajun Asian mix is amazing. The food was delicious. I wish I would have taken pictures of the two dishes I ordered. One was a sushi dish and the other was the shrimp fried rice. I highly recommend dinning here when you are able to. It's delicious.

First time in, and I'll be back! I had the tuna Poke bowl. The entire plate was perfect! The tuna was delicious, the greens and beets fresh, crunchy and added a wonderful brightness to the meal. If you're bound and determined to stand on the corner in Winslow Arizona, you might as well skip the greasy fried foods, grab chopsticks and an incredibly surprising healthy meal at Cajian.

Stopped by for lunch based upon positive online reviews and our expectations were exceeded by far. The seafood poke bowle was just incredible, however the rice paper rolls that Chance, the owner suggested and prepared for us were an absolute culinary treat. To top it off Chance prepared a small salmon dish for our dog, who regretfully did not appreciate the food as much as we appreciated the kind gesture. When stopping in Winslow, CAJIAN is an added experience of good food and kindness not to be missed!
