Shorebreak Lodge

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left it was a wonderful dining experience. We had a reservation for four at 7. We were seated shortly after arriving. Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. The flavors of the food were out of this world amazing. We ordered the octopus and spicy shrimp (not pictured) as starters for the table. So incredibly delicious. The entrees (pictured) packed so many flavors. Best shrimp and grits ever! I was excited to see their award winning Tacomania margarita on the menu. The owners deserve all the great things that come with owning a restaurant. They are such wonderful people. Thank you chef!!

What an amazing dining experience! My wife and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. It seemed like the entire staff congratulated us at some point to help celebrate with us. In addition to the attentive service, the food was spectacular. We shared the brussels sprouts to start. They were moist, tender and absolutely delicious. For my main, I had the Steak au Poirve. It was cooked perfectly and came with tasty and plentiful sides of fingerling potatoes and asparagus. My wife had the Scallops. They were big, juicy and overall incredible. We shared the cheesecake for dessert. This was a creamy culinary marvel which was a great way to wrap up the meal. This was a truly enjoyable way to celebrate our anniversary.

First time at Shorebreak. Our meals were amazing and so was my drink, Lavender Dreams. Beautiful ambiance. I had the veggie bowl with shrimp and my husband had the salmon with mash potatoes and Brussels. We had a side order of fries - shoe string made in house. Fantastic! Thank you tCarol, our server who was amazing - so kind, attentive and friendly. This is going on the list as one of our favorite restaurants to visit when we are in Rehoboth.

Decided to start out our family beach week with Shorebreak, a first time for us despite the fact that we've been going to Rehoboth for years. So glad we did! What a great meal. We had made a reservation for our party of seven and were promptly seated and taken care of. The impressive cocktail list lives up to the reputation. I really enjoyed my shrimp and grits - what a feast! The service was excellent, although there was a wait for our entrees - to be expected, though, because it's a busy summer night during the dinner rush. We sat on the covered outdoor patio, and it was a hot night - next time we are eating inside. Dessert offerings looked good although we will have to enjoy those next time. Great time - what a wonderful meal! Thanks so much!

We had an excellent experience at Shorebreak Lodge last night. Our party of three ordered the octopus, shrimp and grits, and lamb chops, along with cocktails and some sides. All the food was delicious. The beet salad was extraordinarily good. I had the leftover shrimp and grits for lunch today and no, I was not dreaming, they really were that good. Very nice ambience with a jazz duo, singer and keyboardist entertaining us. The service really was superb. Can’t recommend this place highly enough! We are already planning to go back to try some of their other clever cocktails, and tapas. Thanks to all the staff who made it such a great experience for us.
