Shopey's Pizza Louisville

I came here and i didnt even eat the pizza yet, so far the ordering experience and watching and listening to how the staff treats the customers is incredible. Who ever owns this place or who ever is the top manager you should value this employees. They are very kind , considerate, and have humanity. That is getting rare these days …. I cant wait to try these pizza slice and will be coming back . For the owner Do not ever consider implementing a corporate structure. It ruins quality, only caters to the (older) generations who are desperate for attention, validation and gratification . young people do not want that. Stay and keep those small business beliefs .

The best calzones. The pizza is great. I especialy like the homemade charizo, meatballs and italian sausage. This is more than a takeaway. The atmosphere is casual and good for families or groups. Televisions are set to sports. Facilities are clean.

The pizza is very good, but the cauliflower was terrible! Somehow undercooked AND burnt, and completely dry. I expected it to be soft with a nice oily sauce like the garlic knots, but I was disappointed. And they forgot the ranch sauce. We ended up tossing the whole side dish, we just couldn’t eat it. Also, they are closed on Mondays, and sometimes unexpected other days too, and the online ordering system on the website doesn't work properly.

The lunch slice/ salad deal is highly underrated here. I do it a few times per week. This is a great spot. If I get a whole pie, the margherita is phenomenal. Imo a basic pie like that being that good says something about the place overall.

First-time experience at this location. Was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door. This establishment was very clean with the laid-back vibes. Customer service was pleasant. Ingredients are very fresh. I'm looking forward to trying their stromboli.
