Customer Reviews
Overall, probably wouldn’t come here again. Ordered a Las Vegas roll, ebi nigiri, combo yaki udon, chicken yaki soba, and a strawberry bubble tea with tapioca pearls. It also came with free miso soup. All came to $90. The miso soup was good. Some of the best I’ve had. It was the best thing we ate that night. The Las Vegas roll was okay, but not much to write home about. Cream cheese was really warm. Rolls size was very big around. The ebi nigiri didn’t have any wasabi under the shrimp, had a very small portion of rice under the shrimp, and didn’t come with wasabi or ginger on the side. The yaki udon was swimming in oil and I’m used to it having a darker shoyu sauce with it. It lacked flavor. The yaki soba tasted more sesame oil and was lighter too, no darker sauce which was expected, but
Koibito has been our go-to sushi restaurant for years now. The quality of the food is amazing. Try the ‘Ahi Tower’ from the secret menu — a round stack of rice, spicy tuna, crab mix, avocado, piled high with cubes of ahi tuna. This makes a great family appetizer, or part of a meal. The fish is always fresh and the portions are huge. You can’t leave this restaurant dissatisfied!
Came to celebrate a friend's new job. The bulgogi was incredible, and came out quickly. Excited to come back again when I'm back in town.
Great little sushi spot. The staff was friendly and the rolls were super tasty. We will for sure be going back for more! Went to eat last night with the family and had a great dinner. The meal included a salad, edamame, and miso soup for everyone. It looked like they had some new menu items so we tried the spicy pork (which was actually a korean dish) and we loved it. Also ordered 3 rolls that we really enjoyed. Looking forward to the next visit to try some more of the new menu items.
Delicious. Miso soup with tofu and crisp green onions. My tuna roll was sooo good.
