Shipley Do-Nuts

Ordered a mixed dozen. Shocked at how small the filled donuts are now! Half the size they used to be! Even the glazed were tiny! Literally two bites each! Shipley, you shrunk the donuts! 😞

Went to Shipley Donuts this morning, it was a great experience! Went inside, got 12 donuts and 2 salted caramel frappes. The work atmosphere was really efficient, on another level of service that you usually see. Will definitely come again!

There was a mix-up with the order I placed via their app, I called and the owner answered the phone himself and more than made it right! The owner as well as the lady working the counter were both the nicest people and a pleasure to deal with! The donuts here are world class! I highly recommend the apple and Bavarian cream filled 😋 You have to give this spot a try!

Visiting Ridgeland and decided to stop in. Got half a dozen donuts. Only 2 were consumed. The chocolate candy cane donuts were not fresh, a little dry but not horrendous. I bit into my blueberry cake donut, and couldn’t eat it. It tasted like it had been leftover from a few days ago. The employees were nice. But maybe better to go much earlier. Or ask for their hottest donut.

I gave it this place 1 star because of the terrible customer service experience I had this morning. First, I ordered my food (green apple smoothie and two donuts) before I got to the window. Once I got to the window, the cashier asked me what I wanted as if they never took my order. RIDICULOUS. I had to repeat my order numerous times for her to get it right. Then, she tells me that they are out of green apple smoothie. I’m not sure why they didn’t tell me that when I initially ordered my food and BEFORE I got to the window. I had to change my drink to a frappe last minute. The cashier at the window then proceeded to overcharge me for the frappe. When I told her it was wrong, she tried to argue with me and state it wasn’t wrong. Now, I know I’m not the best at math but I knew that total was
