I had the best experience working with Mars Marketing. An appointment is required but necessary because they want to have an idea of what you are looking for so that your have a customized experience when you visit their showroom. They are very knowledgeable about their products so that you can feel confident about giving them (the product) to your clients. Sam and Kyle were very professional and so helpful. I placed an order for a couple of items, and Kyle was great. He was very responsive and great with following through on every step of the process. There were times when I'd get so busy with work, I'd forget to reply to emails to approve something, but he always followed up to keep the ball rolling so that I got what I needed. Kyle Hancock is the guy I use with Mars, and he has consistently given us great products at 601 Studios in Jackson. Some advertising places will simply throw together products to make a sell, but Kyle honestly cares about the products he creates for you, and is sure to make them attractive and desirable. Can't recommend highly enough!
