I order a gender reveal cake for my gender reveal dinner. I had family fly in from Chicago to attend this dinner. When I cut into the cake it was a regular cake. No color in the middle to identify what gender I was having. I was so embarrassed. As I contacted Channel she wasn’t trying to make a deal nor give me any money back from the mistake she caused.
I am a local high school teacher that enjoy small businesses. Mrs. Johnson provided us with Banana Pudding and Cake as a happy today. Lord Have Mercy. I have not tasted Banana Pudding this good in over 25 years! rest my grandma’s soul, but Chanel’s banana pudding tasted so good and it made me forget my grandma’s.
Been going to Chanel for a couple of years now and she never disappoints! I always refer to her companies and friends and all say her customer service is the best! She is the ONLY person I go to and trust for all bakery and sweets needs from birthdays to holidays. She even did my wedding cake.
So, I had the pleasure of tasting something so wonderful made by YOU! My Biscoff Nana Pudding was extremely good. Cakes By Chanel never disappoints 💗Thank you
Best, no, perfect birthday cake I have ever eaten! Chanel was exceptional in her service. This is the only bakery I will go to from now on.
