Ship Out Fish & Chips

I've eaten here twice. The first time was very good. This time only the chowder and fries were very good but the fish wasn't so good. A ton of water came out of the fish and made the batter soggy. So much so the fish easily fell out of batter. Also I ordered halibut and they must have mistaken one basket for another because I'm pretty sure the fish I got wasn't halibut.

Ship Out is definitely one of our favorite go to spots. You’re always guaranteed to have tasty eats and polite service. Their halibut fish and chips are great. Their chicken “burger” is always tasty and their hamburgers have that delicious charbroiled taste, that makes your mouth water and your belly happy. The seafood chowder is also good. And on top of all that, their fries are some of the best, crispy, tasty fries I’ve ever had! Take out or sit down in their cozy, funky building. It’s a fun place to share a meal. Don’t skip out on Ship Out!

Some of the best halibut fish and chips I've had. The seafood chowder was one of our favorites on our trip to the area. The french fries were great also. The service was fantastic and loved the funky space... Will make it a priority to go to this place again when we are back in the area.

This place is great. The fish and chips were really good, the service friendly. We were there in winter, so the seating area was pretty cold, but they had various heaters around that helped.

Large halibut, 2 oyster shooters, half order oysters. There is a bit of a wait, but food is fresh. Large pieces of halibut cooked perfectly and tasted fresh. Oyster shooters cold and fresh. Large portions worth what you pay. Breading is crispy and light. Tarter isnt too dilly but is full of flavor. Fries were fresh and crispy. Plenty of seating indoor or covered outdoor. The young guys that work there are all friendly.
