Shiki Sushi

Absolutely loved our experience! The cozy, Japanese home-style atmosphere with warm, inviting lights made the meal feel so comfortable and relaxing. The wagyu nigiri was melt-in-your-mouth, slightly seared to perfection with a rich flavor. The sashimi salmon was incredibly fresh and delicate, practically dissolving on your tongue. The baked mussels were extra savory and perfectly cooked, while the fresh oysters were so briny, crisp, and so refreshing. And the deep-fried Oreo with vanilla ice cream was the perfect sweet finish, crispy on the outside, soft and gooey inside, with creamy ice cream to balance it out. And Gabriel, our waiter, was super friendly and attentive, checking in on us multiple times and making the experience even better. An amazing spot for anyone who loves high-quality

WOW! What a great new sushi spot in Santa Rosa! I first noticed the welcoming atmosphere on a chilly evening—it felt so warm and inviting inside. The server (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) took such great care of us. One of our group has a gluten allergy and he reassured her that he would take great care of her. She received a beautiful extra special roll that she loved. Another friend tried the Green Curry Ramen, concerned it might be too spicy. The server assured her it was more sweet than spicy, though she did find it had more heat than expected. Overall the experience was great. The food and service were excellent and the atmosphere was perfect for 4 friends who needed to catch up on life.

Came here based off recommendations from the Sonoma County Foodies group and was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly fresh, high quality seafood. All the items (a couple rolls and some sashimi, not pictured) we ordered were well seasoned and beautifully presented.

As soon as we stepped inside, the staff were welcoming and attentive. This set the mood for our entire dining experience. Each dish was a picture perfect presentation. The Bang Bang shrimp were large and tasty. The Kappa Nautura Roll was refreshing and the quality of the fish used in it was outstanding as was the special sauce served with it. The depth of flavor in the broth and the seasoning on the tender pork in the ramen soup was a treat. The soy flavored egg was cooked perfectly. We will be back. So many things we want to try on that menu. Excellent quality at reasonable prices.

This new family-owned sushi and Japanese restaurant is absolutely amazing! We visited for the first time since they opened in February, and we were so impressed. The owner assisted to serve our table and provided wonderful, insightful recommendations for cold sake. Every single thing we ordered was incredibly fresh. We started with the flavorful Salmon Sicilian sashimi, which was made with exceptionally fresh Scottish salmon. The scallop and hamachi nigiri were both amazing—the quality and flavor were out of this world. If you love great sushi, stop your search and come here. Don't forget to order the special spicy scallop roll—you won't regret it. The outdoor patio was a lovely spot to enjoy our meal on a September afternoon, complemented by the perfect jazz music.
