Frozen Art Gourmet Ice Cream

Whenever I come to Santa Rosa this is my go-to . I always get the blackberry paleta dipped in chocolate but this last time I got triple berry and lavender honey and it was delicious, and my sisters got queso and it was phenomenal. Anything you get here will be awesome. I highly recommend.

Quite a large selection over all and the flavors are solid. You’ll find some flavors there not commonly found elsewhere like corn ice cream (think butterfly sweet corn) and cheese ice cream (with queso fresco). All worth a try.

Corn. Yes, Corn. They have CORN 🌽 flavor ice cream. They let you try 2 flavors before you order... I had narrowed down to Honey Lavender and Mexican Caramel, then saw that flavor... The person behind the counter said it was their favorite flavor, and the allowed me a 3rd taster - (please, don't tell her boss, I don't want to see her get fired!!). I ordered the Corn flavored ice cream. IT TASTES LIKE SWEET BUTTERED CORN!!! There even bits of corn on it. I have to go back to try other flavors.

I like that there was lots of options in terms of ice cream. The ice cream wasn't overly sweet which is good in my opinion. My favourite thing to is a banana split with sweet fruit flavors. The highlight for me with would be the delicious ice pop they sell. The staff is very nice as well.

Lots of special flavors found nowhere else. Loved the Merlot Chocolate Chips which was mild, refreshing, and not too sweet. Pineapple Coconut has real pineapple and coconut in it. Also sampled Rose Petal which was more intense in flavor but definitely unique, and Spicy Mexican Chocolate which has a surprising kick of spice but wish it was dark chocolate. Welcoming and friendly. GREAT value ($4.50 for 2 scoops including everything).
