Shep's BBQ & Catering

This was really great food! Awesome BBQ ...ribs, beef, pork, hot links, and sausage; cole slaw, greens beans, and much more. The folks running the BBQ place were nice and friendly and warm hearted. We loved the food and the spirit in the house.

This was my first experience with Texas barbecue and it did not disappoint. The brisket, hot links, and ribs were outstanding. There's a big sign on the wall that says "no one leaves hungry". They ain't kidding. The portions are massive.

Homestyle sides, I haven’t had since I was little! Their potatoes, cabbage,okra, mac and cheese, fries, beans, cobbler! Ya’ll is my only words. We enjoyed every bite so much, no one even spoke. Food was eaten in silence, the atmosphere is country diner style! Come in and try it out. You will not be disappointed!

The classic Texas BBQ stop. All best and then some. I'm not a BBQ connoisseur but I have had enough to know this is good well prepared BBQ. The baked potato was very big and perfect, the brisket was sliced and not dry. The dinning room was cute with its wooden chairs. Most everyone takes out and there is a line out the door at lunch. Have fun!

Best bbq around drove from Dallas tx and will be driving back !!! Nothing like a warm home restaurant, nothing in the city that can give you warm memories and exquisite food. Some of the best bbq you’ll find around.
