Finally had a chance to check them out and was not disappointed! The scones was out of this world and the coffee hit the spot. It was such a great cozy atmosphere to sit and enjoy my coffee. This is gonna be my new favorite spot when I'm in Palestine.

Coffee is excellent. I was a barista for 7 years, and I think their espresso is really good. I’ve only had their drip coffee and americanos. The americano was my favorite. Drip was really good but I just prefer their espresso. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Atmosphere is perfect. Food looks and smells amazing, I have not had some yet. I’ll comment when I do. But their turkey havarti cheese sandwich looks amazing.

This little bakery is a wonderful addition to our cozy, historic downtown. I went with my family today and we all tried their new turkey havarti sandwich. It was so delicious! I can’t even describe how tasty. It was so fresh and you could tell that everything was fresh baked or made instead of the fake stuff. The sandwich was a great size for the price, and the drink selection is wonderful! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I’ve also had their coffee, which was delightful. It’s such a beautiful, historic building; like something off of a Pinterest board. I’m so thankful for such a cozy place to eat and hopefully sit and do some schoolwork in the future. ☕️🌾

Such a gem! I’m glad to have found this place open on a Sunday while roadtripping home. Great strong coffee and sweet people who will adjust your order to make it exactly how you like it. Clean and great studying atmosphere!

Wow, what a surprising discovery! We were in Palestine for just one night and walked past here the next morning and stopped in, and so glad we did. Where to start... the building is an old former bakery and post office, and has a great vibe. The coffee is great and delicious. But the real stars are the staff - SO kind and friendly, such great service - and the bakery. The scone... WOW. Never had anything like it. Since the invention of the scone there have been five scones that were rated the most delicious, the most flavorful. This one left them all behind. But let's not forget the burridoughs! Kind of like a breakfast taco inside a kolache, but WAY better than that sounds. Top it off, we brought home a fantastic loaf of sourdough. We can't wait to go back!!
