Incredible food, great atmosphere, and great drinks. They provide local caught fresh seafood, nothing frozen, helping both the local fishing industry and providing the freshest seafood on the island. I had the best sushi experience I’ve ever had at Red Cat Sushi at Shark Bar. From the first bite, you could tell the fish was incredibly fresh — clean, buttery, and full of flavor. Every roll was crafted so well and completely different from anything I’ve had before. The Sushi Chef, James has a true gift with sushi and made some excellent and unique rolls. The combinations were creative without being overcomplicated, and each one tasted balanced and unique. On top of the amazing sushi, the bartender Brian made one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve ever had. It was smooth, perfectly balanced, and paired so well with the meal. Between the quality of the fish, the originality of the rolls, and the top-tier cocktail, it was hands down an unforgettable experience.
