We’ve been sitting here for 29 minutes. We at least got water and grabbed some egg rolls and a plate of greens from the dim sum cart but it only came by once and we have yet to get even plates. I am eating off a napkin. The vegetable was good but not the egg roll. Can’t say much more than that because the service is so terrible. Never got a menu-had to get one myself. Never offered tea or anything else to drink. Tried ordering duck off the menu three times and were told each time to wait. So we gave up. EDIT: spouse went up and got some plates himself after 45 minutes. Never could order any entrees off the menu but eventually we got enough to eat off the dim sum carts. The ladies pushing those were nice, at least.
For the price of the food and the service that you get , I think it actually balances out very well now , whenever I go to an asian restaurant , I always base their food off of a house lomen. Don't ask why it's simply what I do. And to Be honest , I was rather impressed with this location. I gave the service for stars simply because of the culture. No, they are not gonna wait on you hand in foot.Because in their culture , that's not what they do. But they did before, I could even sit down, ask me what I wanted to drink. They were right there as soon as I walked through the door and asked me if I was carry out or sit in. And I was seated right away. There was a lot of other people there and they were all very happy with their food as well.Having wonderful conversations. They brought my appet
Dim sum 🥟 on Sunday 1pm was so bad for serving service experience, at least the very LIMITED little variety of dumplings tasted good. Available also chicken feet, tripe, pork ribs. Carts come every 15-20 mins if you insist to someone to please bring a cart. I don’t recommend this place. Pics shown are all the options available for this dim sum.
Paying premium prices (I'm talking $25+) for borderline cafeteria food... You can tell because it came out in 5-10 minutes. The portions were actually quite large but otherwise it was severely lacking in flavor. At some point a random waitress came up to us and asked if we want some egg tarts, we of course said yes, but then later on we found out that they were actually planning to charge us for that (!) zero respect...
I have loved everything this food until a month ago. The black bean pork ribs are my favorite, hands done. Now they have changed the recipe and there are huge chunks of some type of mushy substance in them. These things completely ruin the dish! I’m so sad and disappointed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE back the original recipe.
