Shamrock is a friendly place to shop in bulk and also for some things you can’t find at your regular market. I personally love to come here for the shrimp and the ground beef. They have reasonable prices and are open pretty late. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This place has recently gone from bad to worse to ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service is non-existent It would kill staff to say hi to you or even acknowledge you when you walk in!!! They are you SO Busy on their phone or standing there eating at the register that they can't be bothered to acknowledge you. I seriously wouldn't doubt that during the interview process they say is customer service important to you and if they answer yes they don't get the job.

Great place to buy in bulk. There is no fee to become a member and the prices are better than some of the larger competitors. It's not a huge selection, but it is very consistent. You know what they have, and they'll likely have it if you need it.

I stopped by to grab a gallon of milk this afternoon, November 28. All of the milk on the shelf was dated November 26. I love Shamrock milk, but this is unacceptable. The employees were all aware of this and had little to say. I didn't bother shopping for anything else and will avoid further visits to this location. I know they supply a lot of small restaurants in the area. Sketchy at best.

Wanted to give kudos to Alondra V for excellent customer service. A customer need help and when asked her to help she helped out the customer without hesitation. Thank you for all you do.
