Maria and Hudson at 552 Mesa store are amazing. Great customer service. Maria has helped me the last few times I have visited the store. She is always smiling and welcoming. She took her time to even talk to my son 8 year old talkative son. Hudson Tonight was stalking the shelves stopped what he was doing to help Maria and I find what I was looking for. Thank you both love this store. Coffee persons dream store.

I've been to this location multiple times, every visit is genuinely enjoyable. Great selection of energy drinks, and bulk items when I need to stock up on groceries. The customer service I receive is on point every time, cashiers are easily identifiable and always willing to help. On my most recent visit I was attended by Anny who received me with a smile, asked how my day was, and proceeded to swiftly get me through the checkout process. Will come back again for sure!

Amazing offering to the community. No membership. Brightly lit, wide aisles. Easy to navigate. Refrigerated meat section has overwhelming amount of variety. You buy in bulk but its at a great price. They have discount bins but I have never seen any in the meat dept so im sure its highly sought after, or they never have turnover. Large portions for restaurant and food truck or food service but also have small single serve and household sized. Single protein shakes and Jimmy dean breakfast sandwich alongside a large $100+ vat of ice cream from Stranahans. Anything you can think of they have from seasonings, fresh produce, frozen produce, frozen pastry, bakery, bread, ice cream, snack, pans, bowls, baking, there is so much and at good quality. Reminded me of a costco and a restaurant depot,

Very well organized store and perfect to buy bulk for big parties, food trucks, restaurants, and anything you can think of! Has very unique items like huge tubs of ice creams, frozen appetizers (cheese curds), bulk beef, pork, and other meats, snacks, cooking utensils, disposable trays, plates etc, chef jackets, fryer machines, ice machines, bulk beans, rice, sauces, oils, trash cans, Shamrock protien drinks, and so much more. They supply a lot of restaurants around America so they have most of the stuff you're looking for. Much different than Costco or Sam's Club. Every store has their pros and cons. I love all of the selection of items but customer service needs work. I bought $600 in syrups to be treated horribly and my syrups slammed on the counter. Anny was who helped us at the counter and when I tried to speak to her about her horrible service and resolve and issue. She proceeded to walk away from me and ignore me. I will be calling the store and speaking to a manager but it was my first experience in the store and it will most likely be my last due to her. I’d rather pay shipping prices online than deal with that kind of rude service again.
