Shalimar Charcoal kabob

Shalimar Kabob truly exceeded expectations during my recent visit. The buffet at this restaurant is a culinary masterpiece, featuring an impressive variety of delicious and impeccably fresh dishes. From the moment I stepped in, the inviting aroma and warm ambiance set the stage for a delightful dining experience.What stood out most was the exceptional quality of the food. Each item on the buffet was a testament to the chef's skill and dedication to providing a memorable culinary journey. The flavors were not only rich and authentic but also showcased a perfect balance that left a lasting impression.

Renovation made the place bigger. Loved the food, staff are nice. Highly recommended!!

A friend recommended this place, I thought this was made to order place but when I placed an order of Channa Masala and naan, the guy behind the counter took a bowl and put channa Masala from the buffet and naan from a tray. When I asked him about the freshness he said they make everything in the morning, so it’s good. It was evening and I was getting this for dinner. Anyway, at home I took one bite and threw away the rest. I didn’t even bother to call and complain because the guy already told me “freshly” made every morning. No wonder this place has only 3.8 ratings.

They have the best butter chicken I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. Very friendly people stop by and try their butter chicken
