Shake Shack Old Bridge

Shakeshacks great and good quality especially if youre avoiding processed junky foods its one of few options. Kfried chicken sandwich is just ok wouldnt recommend it, the kshack bbq burger is much better the crispy onions and sauce are good. Smokeshack is still my favorite with the cherry peppers. like their fries with the honey mustard

I attended the store Grand Opening and it was very organized. I was guided by management personnel to order at the cash register because all of the order kiosks had customers using them. The cashier(s) smiled and were very cordial. I like that customers are asked their name and invited to take a seat in the dining room and given a number sign, to wait for their take-out order. Although my order was takeout, once I received my order from a management gentleman, I decided to eat part of my order because it looked (and smelled) picture perfect. A friendly employee named Dakota briefly stopped by to ask if I was enjoying my order, which was so nice. We had a great experience at this Shake Shack location. My son ordered a burger, fries and chocolate milkshake. The kid loves a good burger and left very satisfied. It appears newer so it is nice and clean and welcoming. The overly location is really nice.

It's all average. There is very minimal human interaction, it's all pure kiosk ordering. Makes it a little less pleasing. I get it, we've all had horrible cashiers at fast food restaurants, but we've also had really good ones that add a real, ethereal benefit to the overall eating out experience. That can NEVER happen with a kiosk. The shakes were okay.

Placed an order for delivery through DD. Ordered side of fried pickles, received 5 pickle chips total. My bad, didn’t realize it was a buck a slice. Once hot burgers were put in the bag with the cold drinks. All food arrived cold, bags and drinks were not sealed in any way. Bacon soggy and a hard object found in one of the burgers when a bite was taken(and then discarded).
