Playa Bowls

Yummy! Fresh! And Chill! Such a vibe here! Love the blue and beach themed interior decor. I enjoy sitting on the chairs by the fire place waiting for my pick up each time. The quality is fresh and delicious! The portion size is great! I absolutely adore the amount of fruit, granola, and açaí is put into one bowl. Every ingredient looks and tastes so fresh and bright which I wholeheartedly appreciate!! That is so important to me. Having ordered here multiple times, each bowl feels consistent as well. Friendly service! I thank the staff for being so friendly and welcoming when I come pick up at the last hour and accommodates my allergies…genuinely my saviors❤️‍🩹

Went to get a bowl last night. I wasn’t even greeted by the staff. One of the small blonde girls acted like a robot like I didn’t exist. I said “how are you” and “thank you” and she didn’t say one word… just stared at me. Then I left a tip and she didn’t even say thank you. Entitled much? Whatever happened to customer service? I won’t be coming back here and that was my FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THAT LOCATION.

I love this location! The employees are super sweet and my order always comes out really well. Food is super fresh and place very clean!! I’m so happy they opened this place in ob!

I go to different locations to get the same exact smoothie, and everybody makes it differently. Today’s was super creamy like whipped cream and weighed absolutely nothing. And the person behind the counter says these are the measurements, which clearly they’re not the same measurements from store to store or even consistent at the same store because I get the same smoothie Different every time I come. $11 for a smoothie, and I shouldn’t be unsatisfied. I could just walk into Wawa next-door and spend four dollars on a premade and get the same effects. Let me be clear, I am a loyal customer, and I am unhappy.

My husband usually picks up my mobile orders for me, so I haven't had the pleasure to experience in-store service. But when I do receive my order, it is ALWAYS top tier! I have no complaints. I've been to other Playa Bowls and I'm very thankful this location is my local store. Keep up the great work!!
