Shake Shack NYNY Hotel (LV BLVD)

Food was good. Just don't forget to ask for lettuce, tomatoes, onions or pickles as they will give you the burger plain automatically. Price was slightly lower for Las Vegas as far as a burger, but price for burger overall still high in my opinion. Fries and onions were average. Recommend to try at least once.

This might’ve been one of the best burgers I’ve had. The fries were very tasty. The service was great and the atmosphere was awesome. We did not have to wait too long to get seats and I really enjoyed the food.

Large, representative Shake Shack location on the strip. Pretty busy. If you are not from the US you can’t order at the terminals, as a US phone number is needed which I don’t have. So I had to start my order again at the counter. Lady taking my order was OK, even though she forgot all three sauces I had explicitly ordered. Tastewise everything was great. Shake Shack has one of the best gluten free burger buns in the US. Would return.

Came here around 1PM on a Monday and it was not too busy. There are multiple ordering kiosks available or you can also order with a person at the register. It didn't take long to get our order in and also did not take long for our food to come out. We ordered the shroom burger, smoke shack, and some fries. We also ordered the banana shake which actually tasted pretty good but also got a bit too sweet the more we drank it. The food was on the clean tasting side for fast food. I really like the food here for that reason. I liked the cheese in the shroom burger and the meat of the smoke shack. The fries were also good, tasting like real potato. I asked an employee for some ranch and they were able to provide me with some quickly. Overall, good experience considering the food quality and quick

It's good food, but it's not fast. We waited 25+ minutes last night and again 20+ minutes tonight, both times around midnight and it wasn't even busy either night! Not sure what the bottleneck is, but waiting 20+minutes for a kitchen staff of 4-5 to make food for a nearly empty dining room is borderline absurd. Not sure what the problem is, but it's a shame. This is one of the few spots open late in this part of the strip. The new In-N-Out they're building across the street can't come soon enough.
