Shake Shack Melville

My fiancé and I came to Shake shack to get a light snack and dessert and we really want to give a great shout out to DENIS he was our server and he was super polite and helpful and it was great customer service we really enjoyed our time here thank you shake shack as always, and we will be back soon 😀🙌🏾

Recently ate at In-N-Out in Texas to finally assess which burger is far superior. Without question, Shake Shack is far superior, especially now that In-N-Out increased their prices. The buns and the beefier tasting patty at Shake Shack is hard to beat.

This past weekend we ordered some delicious burgers from here. One of them was supposed to have a gluten-free bun, because I have celiac disease... and they packed my food together with food containing gluten, which contaminated my gluten-free meal. Please be careful, this is extremely dangerous. It's not a fad, it's not because I want to be difficult... it's for my health, and the health of all celiacs, that we need to order gluten-free bread. It shouldn't be mixed with other food, nor placed on the same tray or in the same bag. It's a delicate matter. I enjoyed my burger, but I had a terrible night with stomach pains for three days, intense discomfort... some people have even worse reactions and end up in the hospital. I advise you to train your employees on how to handle gluten-free foo

The store seems to have some locals coming by from the neighborhood. So that was cute to see. Employees were okay.service was so so. The only people working hard was the kitchen /back of house crew. So thank you for making our food!

Tried the veggie and mushroom burgers. Veggie is too soggy but it’s a big burger. Spicy fries isn’t worth the price , just get regular. Recommend the Chocolate smoothie and root beer float. Store was clean and organized. Would’ve been better if they had a hand sanitizer option.
