La Focaccia

La Foccaccia has amazing pizza and is all around a great spot. One of the best pizzerias on Long Island, in my opinion. Their ingredients are super fresh. The grandma pie is incredible. The service is friendly and welcoming. Deliveries arrive quickly and the food is still hot. A must try if you haven’t been already.

This little gem is tucked on a backstreet in a shopping outdoor area. I decided to try "the knots" while waiting for my order. Not sure what they put in their food but it would seem it is synonymous to "crack" for lack of a better word. My favorite were the pepperoni garlic knots. Do not pass this place up while in Melville. It is a "must eat here" place to put on your bucket list. No wonder it always seems to be packed full.

Visiting back up from Florida. Yes most pizza in NY is better than FL. But this place is insane!!! The grandma pie is without a doubt the best I’ve ever had in my 57 years!!! So good, we’re heading there right now to get more! Chicken bacon ranch is on point as well!

Definitely some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve had. The crust is a little soft/chewy but it still has a good crunch to it. Most of the time when I get gluten free pizza it makes my mouth hurt afterwards. But nothing with this one. It was delicious and really reasonably priced. I hope to come back again sometime.

We were here a couple of days ago. I took home a pinwheel to heat at home and had it tonight. We ordered cheesy garlic knots, a personal size chicken cutlet parm pizza , a spinach and artichoke square and a regular slice which were all sooo delish. We aren’t from the area so on our way home we stopped at a few other pizza spots and were about to give up when my husband found this gem. Everything was delicious and fresh. It has a few tables so while it’s not a full service restaurant you have the option to eat in. We were so glad to find this place. We sat & enjoyed our pizza. We live in PA and are from NY (BK) we are pizza snobs and we loved it all . Hit the spot. We weren’t starving but were both set on having fresh pizza.
