Today I made an order for me and my wyfe. Mine was a Double Smoke Shake with crispy onions and the onions were missing. My wife asked a Single Smoke Shake with gluten free bread and the bread came almost frozen. There was just a few people in there. That's unacceptable
One of the best Shake Shack I ate. I've been there 3 times during my visit and all were fine. I don't know why it has low ranking there but definitely deserve more.
Shake Shack never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, the place smelled incredible and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered the ShackBurger and crinkle-cut fries, and honestly — perfection. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right, with that signature Shake Shack sauce that takes it to another level. The fries were crispy and golden, and the milkshake? Thick, creamy, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything came out hot, fresh, and fast, and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable with a great vibe. You can really tell they care about quality and service. I can’t recommend Shake Shack enough — it’s the perfect spot for anyone who loves good food and good energy. I know all Shake Shack locations are supposed to be the same, but this one is way better than the others! The customer service was outstanding—honestly, some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The burger tasted super fresh, and the milkshake was delicious. Give them a try you won’t regret it!
The burgers are really good and the place is run well, it’s quiet and simple. Also worth noting, you can do your entire order off the tablets instead of interacting with anyone in person. Very pleased
