Shake Shack Danbury

First time having Shake Shack and it exceeded my expectations. We had it delivered through Uber Eats. It arrived quickly which I was surprised since it was Friday night. I pass this location everyday and have never stopped. It’s across from the Danbury Mall. The fries were ok. The burger was greasy and delicious, just what I needed that night. Onion rings were also good. Very crispy.

I think they have one of the best hamburgers for a fast food place. You can get everything customized. It is a few more dollars than McDonald’s. I do enjoy the atmosphere where they bring the food to the table nicely prepared.

Always love Shake Shack!!!! You can't go wrong. I recommend getting cherry peppers on your burger. Delicious!! Also their mushroom burger is amazing!!! Great for if you want vegetarian but it's just delicious even if you're a meat eater! Great fries! And I just found out they have gluten free buns which I appreciate for all my gf friends.

My first impression upon entering Shake Shack was that the place was very clean and spacious. The ordering kiosk is on the right immediately after entering and it is super user-friendly. There is also a menu board above the kiosk. The kiosk allows you to easily customize toppings for your order including having your burger cooked well done. The burger menu is extensive and unique compared to traditional fast-food outlets. In addition, the burgers are cooked from fresh meat not frozen, which I think makes a huge taste difference. After placing an order, you can request takeout or dine. If you request dine in, take a table marker number and your meal is brought to your table. Definitely my least favorite experience at this location. Was not acknowledged at the counter, I waited for 3 mins before I spoke up to get my order taken. The teammate handling food literally picked up a tray liner that was on the floor and never changed their gloves. There was 1 pleasant teammate. I absolutely understand working with ppl and food are definitely challenging. However when a patron is paying for a service whether it be apparel, food, anything in between; there’s a level of service that needs to be upheld.
