Shake Shack College Park

This place is great. Ordering process on the device is simple and easy. The milkshakes are super high quality. They’re very thick. I’ve tried the Oreo funnel cake one and also the final chocolate one. I’ve tried the smoky classic BBQ burger and the smoke shack. Both were great. Definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in the college park area.

Stuck between spend $30 here on food or leave feeling unsatiated. I usually take the latter. Great location but College Park craves more calories. Service is on the slow side, just go to five guys honestly.

I recently visited Shake Shack and had a disappointing experience with the general manager, Marco. When I walked into the store, I was not greeted at all. Instead, Marco asked me what I wanted in a rude and unfriendly tone. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a general manager, he should be setting a positive example for customer service. Unfortunately, the interaction felt unprofessional and left a bad impression.

After working a long 12-hour shift, I stopped by hoping to enjoy a meal, especially since I had not eaten all day. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed two employees standing in the back engaged in conversation rather than assisting customers. It was a female and a lightskin guy named Evan or Ethan. I waited approximately 10 minutes before my order was taken, despite them appearing available while other staff members were actively working.When I finally received my food, I was initially relieved, but that quickly changed when I discovered a hair in my meal. This was extremely off-putting and caused me to lose my appetite entirely. Given the wait time and the lack of attention to food cleanliness, this experience did not meet basic expectations for custome

First time here. It was really good. Super clean and modern inside. I'm not sure why we got table numbers if they don't bring your food to you, but regardless, the food was great. I got the avocado bacon cheese burger and added pickles, bacon cheese fries, and their holiday frozen hot cocoa brownie shake. 100% worth the massive number of calories LOL. I'll be back, but for a normal amount of food next time. The burger could use more seasoning, but that's just my preference.
