Shaka Shake Bowl - Hawaii, Korean BBQ

A bit expensive for what you get. The wait was long and the food wasn't entirely hot when served. The flavor was good especially with the addition of the sauces. The person at the truck apologized for the wait, which ultimately wasn't an issue. If I werento return, I'd likely get food somewhere in an adjoining town.

Like other reviews, the food is pricey. But this is sitting in the cultural center parking lot. The venue probably dictates the price a little. But as far as food truck food goes, this was some of the best. Everything was cooked to perfection. The available sauces are also homemade and very good.

This was a yummy find next to the Polynesian Cultural Center! The food was good, not overly spicy so the kids could enjoy it to, had some vegetarian options, and the service was great!

The homemade kimchi is absolutely delicious and full of flavor!

Wow. This is a fantastic food truck serving up some exceptional Korean bowls. You must try the kimchee too. It’s located on the Polynesian Cultural Center. Put on the sauces and shake up your bowl. A must stop while on the north side of Oahu and driving through Laie!
