I highly recommend the Spicy Dashi Broth, Vegetarian broth, for those who like a clean but flavorful kick. My second visit here turned out amazing once again. The meals are rich in taste, choices are plenty, and the price for all-you-can-eat feels just right. The crew stays attentive, warm, and makes you want to return soon. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Been to better hotpot shabu shabu places. This place is clean but kind of small. Vegetables seemed fresh but the side menu was limited compared to other places. I was there before 5pm on Thanksgiving day. The place wasn't full but anyway they managed to run out of their only dessert, which was ice cream. We sat all the way inside next to these mini speakers so it was kind of loud. Btw, if your child is over 4 feet tall, he/she won't get kids price here no matter how old. Not terrible but there are so many other options for shabu these days that I wouldn't come back here any time soon.

Meat and produce quality is good. Claim to use local farm produce. 90-minute all-you-can-eat. Reminder wordings used are friendly and not like a straight rule, which is good!

Shabu Ro is easily one of the best hot pot experiences I’ve had. The quality of the meat is excellent — fresh, tender, and clearly premium — and the broth options are flavorful without being overwhelming. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared, from the vegetables to the dipping sauces. The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and perfect for a relaxed meal where you can take your time. The staff is attentive and helpful, especially if it’s your first time doing hot pot. It’s the kind of place that feels both fun and comforting. If you enjoy hot pot or want to try something interactive and high-quality, Shabu Ro is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back.
