Seviche A Latin Restaurant

The evening was amazing. Our table was ready when we arrived. The drinks were brought to the table in secret for a celebration toast. The food was amazing,had a great presentation and the taste was out of this world. I would highly recommend Seviche for any special occasion!!

Seviche restaurant is a long standing Louisville landmark from decades now. We recently rediscovered it during a friends and family dinner. We were able to get in pretty easily, and the valet parking made it easy to get in and out for only five dollars. The host was gracious and sat us at a round table by the window overlooking Bardstown Road. We started with several appetizers, including ceviche, mussels, and dumplings. All were absolutely delicious. One of us ordered the fish, one street tacos, someone ordered the beef and we all shared. I thought the salmon was cooked perfectly and had an amazing sauce and flavor. The service was on point and super attentive. She was solid with wine knowledge as we ordered a bottle to share. I think everyone should revisit.Seviche since it is a classic

My absolute favorite restaurant for 1,000 miles. Always surprised with their blending or meshing of items to create a new and excellent dish. Their gazpacho was already the best ever made until they served me the watermelon gazpacho. OMG. The server Layne (sp?) was better than perfect. You need to go there now and often.

This restaurant is amazing, it’s difficult can find a better place at Louisville. The service was excellent, the server speak 2 languages and her attentions is the other planet if you gonna go this place ask for Benjamin.

The food was amazing. I had the skirt steak. It was so juicy and flavorful. The potatoes were nice and creamy. Our server was great! Always checking on us, clearing dirty dishes and bringing new silverware that was needed. Overall, it was a great experience.
